2024 Applications - Update
AUTUMN Session 1, 2024 (February to July)
We are experiencing unprecedented demand for UOW accommodation in Autumn Session 1, 2024 and are approaching capacity across our student residences. All new applications will be waitlisted.
To make enquiries about alternate off campus accommodation, please see our Live Off campus page. The UOW Student Housing Support Officer is available to help students navigate the private rental market and can be contacted at housing-services@uow.edu.au for assistance.
If you are studying at UOW under the Study Abroad and Exchange program, please ensure you select this option in your application. Contact the Office of Global Student Mobility for advice at study-overseas@uow.edu.au.
SPRING Session 2, 2024 (July to December)
Applications are now open. Offers of accommodation will commence from 1 May 2024.
Welcome to the UOW Accommodation portal
This portal is where you register your details to apply to live in accommodation. Once you are in residence, it is also the system we use to manage your account with us.
All students with a Portal ID will be required to login and update their details and reset their password. Please note, you only need to do this once. If you have already done this, there is no need to do it again.
Need help?
If you have had difficulties with logging into the portal or updating your details, please contact Accommodation Services on email accom-app@uow.edu.au. The office hours for Accommodation Services are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If you experience any difficulties outside these hours, please contact us during business hours and we will be available to assist.
